“The most underrated side, in my opinion, is Napoli,” Hargreaves told BT Sport. They’re a threat once they get it right. They’d challenge City.
“This season, they are one of the strongest teams in Europe, one of the top scorers, and they exhibit outstanding football. If you’re not paying attention to the name, you should go watch them because they’re the real deal. They could seriously win the Champions League.”
