Who Is Eligible?
To be eligible for the 2025 Binghamton University undergraduate scholarship, applicants must:
- Successfully complete the admission application for undergraduate study at Binghamton University.
- Meet all requirements outlined for international students.
- Submit proof of English language proficiency through one of the following:
- TOEFL: 80–95
- IELTS: 6.5–7.0
- Duolingo English Test: 110–120
Scholarship Details and Duration
- $10,000/year Award: Awarded to 20 incoming freshmen for up to four years of undergraduate study. Students must meet academic criteria to retain the scholarship each year.
- Full Tuition Coverage (~$30,000/year): Given to five exceptional international freshmen for four academic years, covering the full in-state cost of attendance, contingent upon GPA maintenance.

- Official academic transcripts from previous institutions
- English language test scores
- Financial verification, such as the International Student Financial Statement
