Ideal candidates are dedicated to personal growth and must hold a full-time leadership role in a social enterprise that has been operational for two to five years.

They seek leaders scaling their enterprises and want to develop their leadership skills to meet their organization’s needs.

Candidates should be open to coaching, have a growth mindset, and be excited about personalized mentorship that will help their business and team succeed. Ideal candidates must commit fully to the 12-month hybrid program.
