The Global Good Fund Fellowship is for innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders of both for-profit and non-profit social impact organizations. This program targets emerging leaders and entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, including ethnic, religious, economic, geographic, and gender diversity.

Ideal candidates are dedicated to personal growth and must hold a full-time leadership role in a social enterprise that has been operational for two to five years.

They seek leaders scaling their enterprises and want to develop their leadership skills to meet their organization’s needs.

Candidates should be open to coaching, have a growth mindset, and be excited about personalized mentorship that will help their business and team succeed. Ideal candidates must commit fully to the 12-month hybrid program.

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Lead an enterprise that has been operational for at least two years.
  • The enterprise must have at least two full-time, paid employees.
  • Hold a primary decision-making role, such as:
    • C-Suite (CEO, COO, CTO, CFO, etc.)
    • Co-Founder/Founder & C-Suite
    • Executive Director
  • Be committed full-time to running the enterprise.
  • The enterprise must be mission-driven, aiming for a positive social impact, not just profit.

Additional Considerations

  • The enterprise can be for-profit, non-profit, or a hybrid.
  • The enterprise can operate internationally, domestically, or both.
  • The enterprise should have an effective business model with potential for long-term scaling.
  • The enterprise should address issues in sectors like Financial Inclusion, Environment, Education, Economic Mobility, and Health. Other sectors may also be considered if they have potential for significant social impact and systemic change.
  • Candidates should not be receiving formal coaching/mentorship support. If applying for other fellowships in the same cycle, this should be indicated in the application.
