The program collaborates with a variety of stakeholders, including local, Dutch, and international businesses, universities, governments, and other organizations. Leveraging their local experience, Orange Corners aims to help and build the entrepreneurial environment more effectively.

Requirements

To meet the selection criteria, you must:
– Be an aspiring entrepreneur from Lagos, Nigeria.
– Be between 18-35 years old.
– Have a validated innovative business idea, not more than 2 years old.
– The product or service responds to a local challenge in Nigeria.
– The product or service relates to the Sustainable Development Goals.

Application Process

Application Submission

– Entrepreneurs interested in the program need to submit their applications online.

Boot Camp Invitation

– The top 50 semi-finalists will receive invitations to participate in a compulsory two-day boot camp.

Boot Camp Evaluation

– During the boot camp, a jury will assess the performance of the participants based on various criteria.

Selection Process

– The final selection of participants for the incubation program will be determined by the performance and outcomes of the boot camp.

– After the boot camp, the top-performing entrepreneurs—20 in total—will be selected to join the incubation program.

Six-Month Incubation Program

– The selected participants will engage in a six-month incubation program designed to provide them with the necessary support, resources, and mentorship to develop and grow their businesses.

The selection process ensures that the most promising and capable entrepreneurs are identified and given the opportunity to benefit from the comprehensive support offered by the Orange Corners program.
