About the StartHub Graduate Internship Program

The StartHub Graduate Internship Program is designed to prepare graduates for the workplace through practical experience and structured learning.

Participants learn professional communication, presentation skills, design thinking, and other workplace essentials. After the workshop, participants are assessed, and four candidates continue into the full internship.

This program gives interns real responsibilities, direct mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to business projects.

Available internship tracks

Four internship positions are available across three career tracks.

Projects (2 positions)

Interns in this track support project planning, coordination, and delivery. Applicants with an interest in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) or data analytics may have an advantage for one of the two available positions, although this is not required.

Manufacturing (Social Media) (1 position)

This role combines project support with content creation for social media platforms, including short video content for platforms such as TikTok.

Financial Services (Accounting) (1 position)

Interns support client focused financial services, including:

  • Financial modelling
  • Bookkeeping for small and medium sized businesses
  • Financial management support
  • Investment readiness activities

Eligibility requirements

Degree requirements

For the following tracks, no specific degree is required:

  • Projects
  • Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
  • Social Media

Applicants are assessed mainly on their skills and potential.

For the Financial Services track, applicants must have a general accounting degree.

Previous experience in SME accounting or investment readiness is not required.
