The objective is to provide firsthand experiences of the World Bank’s day-to-day operations by actively working with Legal Vice Presidency staff.

Interns work directly with development professionals and senior management, playing a key role in contributing to the legal services provided by the Legal Vice Presidency. This involvement extends to participation in high-profile events and conferences organized during the internship term.

Responsibilities of interns encompass a variety of tasks, such as conducting legal assignments under the supervision of lawyers, researching assigned issues, conducting comparative legal analyses, and participating in task/project teams. Interns also assist in organizing conferences and meetings, performing ad hoc assignments as requested by supervising lawyers.
