Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Scholarship, applicants must:
✅ Have applied to study a Master’s degree at the School of Social Sciences at the University of Kent.
✅ Demonstrate financial hardship – Preference will be given to students with proven financial need.
✅ Commence studies in September 2025 – Deferred applications are not allowed.
✅ Preference given to MA International Social Policy applicants.
Guidelines for Applications
Step 1: Apply for a Master’s Program
📌 Visit the University application portal.
📌 Choose a Master’s program in the School of Social Sciences (especially MA International Social Policy).
📌 Complete and submit your admission application.
📢 Only applicants with an offer will be considered for the scholarship.
Step 2: Submit Scholarship Application
📌 Provide a detailed statement of financial need.
📌 Ensure all required documents are submitted before the deadline.
📢 Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Selection Process
✔ Applications are reviewed based on:
- Academic merit.
- Financial need.
- Commitment to studies in Social Sciences.
📢 The final selection will be made by the University of Kent’s Scholarship Committee.
🚫 The scholarship cannot be deferred or transferred to another program.
