Program Overview
The Restaurant Management Trainee plays a pivotal role in supporting the Restaurant Manager to ensure the effective and profitable operation of the assigned restaurant, adhering to the Company’s Standard of Operations (SOP).
Minimum Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) with at least a Second Class Upper or Upper Credit.
Required Skills
– A strong passion for quality food.
– Culinary skills are advantageous.
– Demonstrable leadership abilities.
