The Africa Business Concept Challenge aims to support young individuals on the African continent with an entrepreneurial mindset, a commitment to community service, and the embodiment of outlined values.

Focusing on responsible business practices, the competition identifies promising young talents for mentorship and potential investment.

1. $5,000 Prize: The first-place winner receives a $5,000 prize.

Eligibility

– Open to all learning institutions on the African continent.
– Student teams should comprise two to five members, with at least two members enrolled at an African institution during the competition. Interdisciplinary teams are encouraged.
– Each participating team must have a mentor for guidance and enrichment of the learning experience. The ABCC aims to create a community platform for learning and mutual support.
– GBSN Membership is not a requirement, and there is no participation fee.

Project Requirements

All projects must address:
– A community challenge or need
– A business solution
– A viable business concept
– Implementation and impact of the proposed business solution
