Nigerian Breweries Plc is offering a Technical Skills Development Program in partnership with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA).

This seven-month training program aims to equip young Nigerians with technical skills in Mechanical/Automation Maintenance & Engineering.

Objectives

1. Provide employable technical and science skills to youths.
2. Promote a Public-Private Sector Model in Vocational/Technical Skills Training and contribute to the capacity development of Nigeria.

Benefits

Successful candidates will receive free tuition and lunch. The program is non-residential, conducted at the Supply Chain Academy of Nigerian Breweries Plc, with attachment opportunities at our Brewery Locations. Trainees will not receive a salary during training but will be given a monthly stipend.

Please note that participation in this program does not confer Nigerian Breweries employee status.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

– Candidates must have a credit in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
– They should possess a Higher National Diploma or its equivalent in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Physics, Instrument Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. The qualification should be from recognized and accredited institutions.
– Graduates must have completed their studies not earlier than 2020 and should have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program at the time of application.
