BRIDGE-in Agriculture is committed to providing accessible capital and technical support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the agricultural and related sectors in Ghana.
With a special focus on empowering youth and women, our initiative aims to equip them with essential skills for securing meaningful employment opportunities.
Building Resilience and Investing in the Development and Growth of Entrepreneurs in Agriculture (BRIDGE-in Agriculture or BIA) is a transformative 5-year program supported by the Mastercard Foundation.
Our mission is to facilitate access to affordable capital and technical assistance for SMEs operating in agriculture and related fields in Ghana.
Additionally, we aim to empower young people and women through comprehensive training, enabling them to pursue dignified and rewarding careers.
As part of our efforts to alleviate financial barriers for youth, BRIDGE-in Agriculture collaborates with commercial banks to offer loans to agribusinesses at favorable interest rates. This initiative facilitates business expansion, job creation, and ultimately contributes to poverty reduction among Ghana’s youth and women.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for consideration, your business must meet the following criteria:
Operate within the agricultural value chain or its adjacent sectors
Have a revenue-generating business model
Present an impact-oriented action plan
Ages 18-35 years
You MUST be an Agripreneur and SME based in Ghana!
