Eligibility
– Applicants must currently reside in any African country.
– They should be currently employed, self-employed, or in a transition period between jobs.
– Applicants should have no more than five years of formal work experience.
– Completion of post-secondary education (e.g., diploma, associate degree, undergraduate degree) is required.
– Proficiency in English is necessary, as the program will be conducted in English.
