It’s a registered trademark of the Foundation. GetBundi Education primarily targets those who may be left behind, particularly girls/women, internally displaced students, refugees, and individuals with disabilities.

During our inaugural edition, TechSis 2023, we successfully trained 500 African women in Coding. The program garnered overwhelmingly positive feedback from beneficiaries, speakers, and partners alike.

Building on the success of TechSis 2023, we’ve documented key insights and are collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement recommendations, advancing our mission to upskill African women in various digital domains, fostering inclusivity, innovation, and prosperity for Africa.

For TechSis 2024, we’re focusing on Web Development and Data Analytics. We aim to educate 1000 Nigerian women, with the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs sponsoring 300 women from each of Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones.

These women will have the opportunity to access free courses on GetBundi Education’s Technology platform, featuring over 2000 hours of expert-led content, preparing them for employment.

TechSis 2024 is a six-month online program running from July to December 2024, divided into four segments. Despite being a global trend, the tech industry remains predominantly male-dominated, with only 30 percent of African women represented. This underrepresentation highlights the significant gender gap in tech across the continent.

Addressing this gender digital divide, where women are disproportionately excluded from accessing and using digital technologies and services, is essential for achieving a fully inclusive digital future. Through the TechSis initiative, we’re committed to bridging this gap across Africa.

Participants must be 18 years and above, undergraduate or graduate students seeking to upskill or transition into tech. Additionally, owning a functional Laptop/PC is required, and no prior knowledge of the Digital Skill courses is necessary.

Deadline: 15th of May 2024.
