The program’s learning modules encompass
1. Selling Techniques: Participants will acquire vital selling insights and strategies to enhance sales, cultivate customer relationships, and augment revenue.
2. Marketing Strategies: Participants will delve into the fundamentals of social media marketing, personal branding strategies, brand perception, and more.
3. Financial Literacy & Management: Participants will gain comprehensive knowledge on cash management, budgeting, tracking finances, and securing funding for small businesses.
4. Legal Counseling: Participants will grasp the significance of contracts for employees, vendors, and relevant stakeholders, along with understanding employment and labor laws, privacy regulations, and client data protection.

Eligibility Criteria
– Applicants must be business owners based in Africa.
– Applicants must fall within the age bracket of 18 to 40 years.
– Applicants must demonstrate commitment to attending virtual sessions and group calls.
– Applicants must exhibit eagerness to volunteer and engage in community sessions.
Successful candidates will partake in a 4-week intensive business training scheduled for May 2024. The application deadline is April 23, 2024.
