Applications are currently being accepted for the 2025 Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships (QECS). These scholarships provide an exceptional opportunity to pursue a two-year Master’s degree in a low or middle-income Commonwealth country.
Designed for students dedicated to effecting change in their communities, these scholarships offer a transformative experience to immerse oneself in a new country and culture, expand one’s horizons, and establish a lifelong global network.

By fostering cultural exchange and academic collaboration, Queen Elizabeth Common Wealth Scholars contribute to positive transformation and problem-solving for common challenges faced both in their home countries and the countries hosting them. As active participants in the Commonwealth network, scholars play a role in shaping its future.
There are two application cycles for QECS each year – cycle 1 opens in November/December, and cycle 2 opens in March/April. Applicants need to submit only one application, but they are encouraged to apply multiple times if interested in studying in different countries.

Application Process
1. Review the list of countries and universities offering scholarships in this cycle.
2. Visit the relevant university website for detailed information on your chosen course using the provided links below.
3. Complete and submit a QECS application for your chosen university/course by clicking the ‘Apply now’ button. Upon clicking apply, you will be directed to a login page. If you do not have a myACU account, click on ‘get started’ in the right-hand corner of the page to begin your application.
4. Submit an application to your chosen university for admission to your desired course.
