This program is designed for senior executives, including CEOs and top corporate managers, who are committed to integrating sustainability into their business strategies.

Eligibility Requirements
1. Citizen and resident of one of the program countries: Bangladesh, Brazil, China, Colombia, Egypt, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Morocco, Nigeria, Philippines, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine*, or Vietnam.
*Ukrainian applicants residing outside Ukraine are also eligible.
2. Leadership position (CEO or senior executive) in a medium to large company with a mandate to spearhead strategic changes.
3. At least 30 years old.
4. Good working knowledge of English.
5. Completed post-secondary education (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree or greater).
6. Willingness to actively participate, provide support, and share experience and knowledge.
7. Identified business needs or problems that could be addressed during the program to improve the company’s contribution to sustainability.

Program Components
1. Foundation (May – June): Online sessions, coaching, and exploring sustainability developments.
2. Strategic Business Project (June – October): Participants work on a project addressing a challenge or opportunity related to sustainability in their organization.
3. Masterclasses, online (August – October): Tailored masterclasses to enhance knowledge and skills.
4. Sweden Week, onsite (14 – 18 October): Onsite experience in Sweden, including field visits, workshops, and networking.
5. Way Forward, online & regionally onsite (November): Participants put their projects into action, share expertise, and establish relationships.
Timeline
– Mid-February – mid-March: Open call for applications
– Early May – mid-June: Initial online sessions
– Late August – mid-October: Midpoint online sessions
– October: Onsite experience in Sweden (14 – 18 October excluding travel days)
– November: Final online sessions
This program provides a unique opportunity for business leaders to learn from Sweden’s sustainability successes and build a global network of sustainability leaders.
