The F4F Grant is a distinctive Agricultural Entrepreneurship program designed to endow young visionaries with equity-free capital and the needed support to move their businesses to unprecedented heights. This groundbreaking project is a brainchild of the British American Tobacco Nigeria Foundation (BATNF) and is collaboratively brought to life with NYSC, under the vigilant implementation of the FATE Foundation. Tailored specifically for the energetic and ambitious National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members, the initiative aligns seamlessly with BATNF’s staunch commitment to driving the youths toward sustainable agriculture.

A distinctive feature is the program’s emphasis on the youth, targeting NYSC members. The inclusion criterion is strategic: by focusing on individuals who are already investing a year in service to the nation, the program ensures that it captures a demographic that is dedicated, disciplined, and has a demonstrated commitment to societal progress. Furthermore, by aligning with BATNF’s objectives, the initiative champions the cause of sustainable agriculture, a need of the hour given the global challenges of food security and environmental sustainability.
