Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the WASCAL Scholarship 2025, applicants must:
✅ Be a citizen of a West African country, including:
- Benin, Burkina Faso, Cabo Verde, Côte d’Ivoire, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Togo.
✅ Other ECOWAS member countries may apply as self-funded students (subject to availability).
✅ Hold a BSc degree (Second Class Upper) or equivalent in a relevant field.
✅ Have at least intermediate proficiency in English.

Required Documents
📌 To apply for the WASCAL Scholarship 2025, candidates must submit:
📌 Completed Application Form.
📌 Academic Transcripts.
📌 Curriculum Vitae (CV).
📌 WASSCE or SSCE Certificate (for Anglophone Countries).
📌 Two Recommendation Letters (from professors or senior researchers).
📌 Copy of National Identity Document.
📌 Copy of Passport Photo Page.
📌 Motivation Letter (Max 2 Pages).
📌 University Degree Certificate.
📌 Certificate of English Proficiency (or a self-assessment statement on English proficiency).
📌 Proof of Professional Experience (if applicable).
📌 Commitment Letter to Pay a Registration Fee of 30 Euros (if admitted).
