Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the United Arab Emirates University Scholarship, applicants must meet the following conditions:
General Requirements:
- Open to All Nationalities: Both UAE nationals and international students can apply.
- Academic Excellence:
- Bachelor’s Degree Applicants: Must have completed high school education.
- Master’s & PhD Applicants: Must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
- English Language Proficiency:
- Applicants must meet UAEU’s English language requirements, demonstrated through TOEFL or IELTS scores.
Required Documents
To apply for the UAEU Scholarship, applicants must submit the following documents online:
- Identity Documents:
- For Emirati students, they need a passport, nationality ID, and UAE ID card.
- For international students inside the UAE, they need a passport, a valid UAE visa, and a UAE ID card.
- For International Students Outside UAE: Passport copy only.
- Academic Transcripts: Official certificates and mark sheets from all colleges or universities attended.
- English Proficiency Test: IELTS or TOEFL score from an accredited center.
- Updated CV: Highlighting academic background, work experience, and achievements.
- Two Letters of Recommendation: From academic or professional referees.
- Completed Security Form: Required for processing the application.
