The AFEPA consortium provides a limited number of EMJMD scholarships, with amounts based on the applicant’s geographic region. Scholarship recipients get financial support as outlined below and do not need to pay tuition or other administrative fees. They also receive comprehensive health insurance and access to free preparatory language courses.

Requirements
To apply for the ERASMUS Mundus Master’s in Agricultural, Food, and Environmental Policy Analysis, candidates must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification of at least three years (180 ECTS credits) with a minimum grade of “B” or equivalent. Students in their final year may be conditionally admitted, as long as they complete their degree before starting the programme.
- At least 24 ECTS credits in economics, covering topics such as microeconomics, management, mathematics, and statistics. A background in agricultural, environmental, or food sciences is also suggested. Ensure your transcript shows ECTS credit points, or attach a diploma supplement explaining your university’s credit system.
- English language test results (less than two years old):
- TOEFL: Minimum score of 90 (Internet-based test), with at least 20 on the written part.
- IELTS: Minimum overall score of 6.5, with no section below 5.5.
- Any other test approved by the AFEPA Management Board (confirm this with them before applying if submitting a different test).
- Applicants from English-speaking countries need an official letter from their university confirming that English was the language of instruction. The consortium may still require an English test, as described above.

- Academic transcripts and diploma copies (originals and certified translations if not in English, include a diploma supplement if the credit system is not ECTS-based)
- School-leaving certificate (e.g., high school diploma, translated if not in English)
- Language certificate (see requirements)
- Motivation letter (up to 300 words)
