The Prestigious Global Foreign Mentorship Programme (PGMP), once known as WAFMP, aims to identify, train, mentor, and deploy outstanding and skilled leaders into politics, business, and civil service.

It focuses on youth aged 18-35, especially those who have been unheard for years, such as the extremely marginalized, people of color, and the socioeconomically disadvantaged.
PGMP strives to be the central hub for developing global leaders across all sectors. The Global Entrepreneurs and Leaders Academy (GELA) Skillup-360 project has expanded to include youth from all continents.
Importantly, 80-100 participants will be selected worldwide, ensuring a balanced representation from different regions. The program is valued at $100 per participant but is mostly free for those deeply committed to their journey toward greatness. Selected participants will receive a free access coupon code to join, be assigned a foreign mentor, and receive free training.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be under 35 years old.
- Must have internet access.
- Willing to learn, embrace diversity, and expand their network.
- Ready to enroll and complete the Pre-assessment form.
