The Burnett Scholarship is dedicated to fostering expertise in conservation science. Scholars will enroll in a Taught Master’s course at the Durrell Institute of Conservation and Ecology (DICE), beginning in September 2025.

- Nationality or Refugee Status: Be a national of, or hold official refugee status in, Angola, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, or Zimbabwe.
- Work Experience: Possess a minimum of two years of experience in the conservation sector.
- Academic Excellence: Hold a strong undergraduate degree equivalent to a UK 2:1 or higher.
- Language Proficiency: Meet the University of Kent’s English language requirements and the specifications of UK Visas and Immigration.
