Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for the UCD Government of Ireland Scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:

International Status

    • You must be a non-European Economic Union (non-EEU) or non-European Economic Area (non-EEA) student.

Eligible Study Programs

    • Be applying for a 1-year full-time taught Master’s program, OR
    • Be enrolling in the first year of a full-time PhD program for the academic year 2025-2026.

Active Admission Offer

    • You must already be offered to study at UCD in an eligible program. Applications without an admission offer will not be considered.

Tuition Fee Status

    • You should be eligible to pay the non-EEU/non-EEA tuition fee rate.
