The HatchDev program is designed for individuals with a background understanding of HTML/CSS and programming fundamentals. Proficiency in at least one Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) language is required.
Training Highlights for the Moniepoint HatchDev program
– Duration: 6 months
– Skills Covered: Front-end and Back-end Development
– Prerequisites: Background in HTML/CSS, programming fundamentals, and proficiency in at least one OOP language.
Internship Opportunity for the Moniepoint HatchDev program
Upon successful completion of the 6-month training, participants will have the opportunity to apply their skills during a 3-month internship, gaining real-world experience and further solidifying their expertise.

At the end of the training, selected participants will possess comprehensive knowledge and a portfolio, enabling them to launch a successful career as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.
Program Objectives
The specialized training program aims to annually produce 300 junior software engineers, 100 intelligent systems developers, and 100 IoT/embedded systems engineers. Participants will undergo training in Front-end, Back-end, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, Data Science, and Embedded Systems/IoT.
