The ISP is a program that aims to train mid-level tech talents in highly sought-after tech skills like Cybersecurity, Java, Linux, and Data Science, and provide them with job placements after their training. This enables participants to gain practical experience and apply the skills they have learned.

To achieve their goal, INGRYD has partnered with LAGOS STATE EMPLOYMENT TRUST FUND. This partnership showcases the collaboration of two entities that are committed to shaping the future of tech talent in Africa. By combining their strengths, they hope to create an ecosystem that fosters innovation, drives tech careers, and fully realizes Africa’s tech potential. The program will welcome its first cohort of 1,000 participants in October, followed by three additional cohorts in the next 12 months, ensuring that each participant receives a comprehensive and impactful learning experience.

LSETF/Ingryd Tech Talent Accelerator Scholarship Program Requirements

Must be between 22-40 years.
Must have a STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
Must have at least 2 years prior experience in their chosen training track.
Must have a minimum of Bachelors degree or higher
Must be able to complete 3- 6 months of full-time training.
Must have access to the internet during training.
Must be able to attend classes twice a week for a hybrid program and be available daily for virtual classes.
Must have a reliable means of transportation for physical classes.
