The Leadership Accelerator Programme is an annual initiative aimed at empowering and enhancing the skills of high-potential young African women to attain corporate leadership.

The comprehensive program consists of three main components:
3-Week Virtual Course:
- The virtual course covers a range of leadership topics, including strategic thinking, communication skills, problem-solving, and effective decision-making.
- Participants engage in interactive sessions, workshops, and discussions facilitated by industry experts and seasoned leaders.
1-Week Physical Boot Camp:
- Following the virtual course, selected participants attend a one-week physical boot camp. This phase provides a hands-on and immersive experience, allowing participants to apply the skills and knowledge gained during the virtual sessions.
- The boot camp includes practical exercises, team-building activities, and opportunities for networking with peers and mentors.
6 Months of Intensive Mentorship:
- Participants benefit from a mentorship program that spans six months. During this period, they are paired with experienced industry leaders who provide guidance, insights, and support to help them navigate their career paths.
- The mentorship aspect aims to create lasting connections and foster personal and professional growth.
