Applications are now open for the 2024 Kosmos Innovation Center, Young Farmer Business Academy (YFBA).
The YFBA is a 4-7 month program designed for young people interested in starting an agribusiness in agricultural production.

It offers training, workshops, and hands-on experience to help participants set up their own farms.
The program includes practical sessions, field demonstrations, coaching, and mentorship to encourage a fresh perspective on agri-production and its related sectors, identifying potential business opportunities.
Requirements
To enroll in the Kosmos Innovation Center, Program, you should:
- Be between 18 and 35 years old (preferably 18 to 24).
- Want to expand and run your farming activity as a business.
- Be able to commit up to 12 days a month for training and sessions.
- Reside in Ghana for the duration of the program.
- Be willing to dedicate undivided attention to the YFBA Program.
- Be willing to work in a group.
- Be willing to work unsupervised.
