This program, a crucial component of the Renewed Hope agenda, aims to establish a solid foundation of technical talent in Nigeria, fueling our digital economy and positioning the country as a net exporter of talent.
The initial phase of the program, conducted in collaboration with NITDA, will involve various stakeholders, including fellows, training providers, partners, and placement organizations.
We invite you to embark on this transformative journey with us as we introduce the 3MTT Program Fellowship.
During the first phase, the program will be structured as a fellowship model in partnership with NITDA. We will identify individuals with a keen interest in specific skills and cover the costs of their training through accredited training providers who are part of the program.
Following the Ministry’s 1%-10%-100% implementation approach, this initial phase aims to train and place 30,000 technical talents, constituting 1% of our overall target. It will be executed based on a framework developed collaboratively with key stakeholders from government agencies, training providers, educational institutions, development agencies, and the private sector.
