Sharing that his parents served as inspirations for him to become a father, Henry expressed, “Natalie and I are very, very excited.”
Henry is deeply enamored with the Vertigo Entertainment executive, exclusively telling E! News, “I’ve never known someone to work as hard as her.”
When it comes to their downtime at home, he disclosed, “We’re not shy about having a kitchen dance party, I’ll tell you that much. And a bottle of wine always adds to the fun.”
However, hinting at Natalie’s pregnancy, the 40-year-old humorously added, “Obviously not at the moment—but previously.”

Looking ahead, becoming a father is a role Henry has contemplated previously. “If I ever have kids one day, I want to be the dad who’s running around after them,” he shared with Men’s Health U.K. in 2017.
“And if I do have kids, even now, it’s starting to get quite late. But I want to be a fit and healthy dad, not hobbling around like, ‘OK, I’m just going to catch a breather.'”
This news arrives three years after Henry and Natalie went public with their romance on Instagram. Despite the challenges of dating in the public eye, the Man of Steel actor made it clear that he wouldn’t let critics affect their relationship.
“I am very happy in love, and in life,” he conveyed in a 2021 Instagram post. “I’d be enormously grateful if you were happy with me. If you can’t bring yourself to be happy with me, then at the very least try to do yourself proud and be the best version of yourself.”
Henry and Natalie have largely kept their relationship private, with their first red-carpet appearance as a couple occurring in late 2022. While their private life isn’t plastered on the front page of tabloids, glimpses into their relationship are occasionally shared with fans through birthday tributes and affectionate posts.
“I am so, so proud of you, Henry,” Natalie wrote on Instagram in 2021 to celebrate his Hollywood Reporter cover. “You truly are the greatest man I have ever known.”
Henry has also spoken about the significant role of Natalie’s support in his life. “She has been an incredible support system for me,” he told Deadline in 2022, “and opened my eyes to a lot of things and opened a gateway for me to drive harder and pursue further. And I’m eternally grateful for that.”
