Program Overview
The Next-Generation Graduate Program is open to graduates from various academic disciplines, including:

- Chemical Engineering

- Supply Chain/Logistics
Key Features of the Program
- Departmental Rotations: Experience different aspects of the business through rotations.
- Project Management: Run at least one departmental project annually.
- Leadership Development: Gain leadership skills through dedicated development programs.
- Social Responsibility: Engage in community-focused activities.
- Team Building: Participate in team-building exercises and related activities.
- Leadership Talks: Attend talks from established leaders in the field.
- Managerial Check-ins: Regular reporting and progress discussions with your manager.
- Training Sessions: Complete various training programs as per departmental needs.
Eligibility Requirements
- Education: Must have completed a bachelor’s degree in one of the relevant fields with an average pass rate of 65% or higher.
- Completion of Studies: Candidates currently completing their studies should finish by 2024 to be eligible.
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 22 and 28 years old.
