Scholarship Overview

Erasmus Mundus scholarships are open to students globally, with a limit of six scholarships per nationality across the four editions to maintain geographical balance. This accounts for 10% of the total 60 regular scholarships awarded over the project duration.

In addition to the 60 regular scholarships, up to 30 additional scholarships are available for specific regions as designated by the European Commission. These scholarships are funded by the EU’s external action instruments, and the geographical balance rule does not apply. Refer to the Erasmus+ Programme Guide (pages 34-35) for eligible countries in targeted regions.
