Benefits of the Einstein Fellowship

Selected fellows will receive:

• Living Accommodation: Stay for 5–6 months in the garden cottage of Einstein’s summerhouse in Caputh, Brandenburg, Germany.
• Stipend: €10,000 for living expenses.
• Travel Reimbursement: Coverage of transportation costs to and from Germany.Public Lecture Opportunity: Present research at the Einstein Forum and the Wittenstein Foundation at the end of the fellowship.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the Einstein Fellowship 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Age Limit: Must be under 35 years old.
• Educational Background: Hold a university degree in humanities, social sciences, or natural sciences.
• Project Proposal:
  • The project must demonstrate originality, feasibility, and intellectual development.
  • The fellowship is not for continuing an existing academic study but rather for exploring new research ideas.
  • The project does not have to be fully completed during the fellowship period—it can be the start of a long-term project.
• Presentation Requirement:
  • Fellows must present their research findings in a public lecture at the Einstein Forum and Wittenstein Foundation.

• Curriculum Vitae (CV): Detailed academic and professional background.
