The Role of The Do School in Implementing the Program

The Do School brings its global expertise in leadership training, innovation, and social entrepreneurship to the heart of beVisioneers. Together with Mercedes-Benz, they ensure that every fellow receives practical skills, mentorship, and access to international networks critical for success.

Mission and Long-Term Goals of beVisioneers

Initially launching in 2023 with a cohort of 100 young innovators, the program aims for 80% of fellows to implement sustainable projects within the first 12 months successfully. By 2026, beVisioneers seeks to support up to 1,000 fellows annually, catalyzing environmental action at an unprecedented scale.

How Living Costs Are Supported

Qualified fellows receive a monthly stipend, equivalent to approximately 24 hours of work adjusted to local living costs, covering essential daily needs. Transportation to local meet-ups is also funded.

Support for Online Learning Tools and Access

To ensure seamless online engagement, eligible fellows may receive funds to cover:

  • Internet data and subscriptions
  • Electricity bills
  • Laptops, accessories, or repair services

NOTE: Proof of purchase (receipts) must be uploaded for accountability.

Who Can Apply for the beVisioneers Fellowship Program?

The beVisioneers Fellows program welcomes applicants who:

  • Are between 16 and 28 years old (Born between January 13, 1996, and October 14, 2008).
  • Have a strong command of English.
  • Are residing in an eligible country (citizenship not mandatory).
  • Have identified a concrete environmental problem they are passionate about solving.
  • You are not employees or family members of employees at Mercedes-Benz.

Countries Eligible for the beVisioneers Fellowship Program

Applicants must reside in one of the following countries:
Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America—including but not limited to Germany, Kenya, India, Thailand, Uganda, United States, South Africa, Indonesia, Mexico, Singapore, Sweden, and many more.

Age and Language Requirements

Applicants must be 16–28 years old and proficient in English, as all training sessions, materials, and interactions are conducted in English.

BeVisioneers is project-based, meaning participants must bring forward a tangible environmental problem they are passionate about addressing. From combating plastic pollution to innovating renewable energy solutions, the sky’s the limit.
