This Challenge aims to delve into a contemporary management topic, usually aligned with the theme of the Forum, within the framework of Peter Drucker’s human-centric management philosophy.
Eligibility Criteria
The Challenge is open to individuals aged 18 to 35, including both age groups, who fall under the following categories:
– Students pursuing Bachelors, Masters, MBA, or PhD degrees.
– Young professionals in various career stages.
General Requirements
1. Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old, inclusive of both age groups.
2. Candidates should not have previously been recognized as a Drucker Challenge Laureate, nor have participated in the Drucker Forum in any similar capacity. This includes individuals who:
– Have not been previous winners, runners-up, or finalists in the Drucker Challenge.
– Have not attended the Drucker Forum in the capacity mentioned above.
– Were previously categorized as students in their application form and are now pursuing a career at a university.
– Were previously identified as students in their application form and have since transitioned to roles as managers or entrepreneurs.
