Our accelerator is dedicated to nurturing environmentally conscious and profitable ventures, striving to foster an economy that effectively combats global warming, overexploitation, and pollution of the oceans.
Leveraging our extensive network of stakeholders and facilitators, we offer an innovative hybrid program designed to identify sustainable pathways ensuring stable profits (ROIs) and opportunities for scalable growth across Africa.

Additionally, our program will operate in a hybrid format, combining one-week in-person boot camp sessions, participation in the annual Ocean Innovation Africa Summit, and remote sessions using online tools and communication methods.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for our program, your startup must:
– Be ocean-minded, directly or indirectly impacting the oceans positively
– Be a for-profit entity operating in Africa
– Offer a scalable service or product either on the market or soon-to-be-launched
– Demonstrate innovation in your product/service or have a disruptive business model
– Be seeking investments or exploring new markets

– Online Q&A Sessions: April 11 & April 22
– Screening of Applications: April 7 – May 19
– Announcement of Short-listed Start-ups: May 21
– Pitching Preparation for Shortlisted Candidates: May 23 – May 31
– Pitching Session: June 5-6
– Final Selection: June 13
– Program Commencement: July 4
High-level Terms
Entrepreneurs are expected to commit to the program requirements, including availability, limited engagement with other support programs, transparent communication, involvement of key team members, and covering travel expenses for in-person events.
