The Alex and Grace Izinyon Foundation (AGIF) continues its mission of educational empowerment through the Project A500 Scholarship 2025, supporting 500 Nigerian students across primary, secondary, and tertiary levels. This initiative provides partially funded scholarships to academically promising and financially disadvantaged students enrolled in public schools in Nigeria.

Scholarship Categories and Awards

The AGIF Project A500 Scholarship will be awarded as follows:

  • 🎓 200 scholarships for Tertiary Institution students
  • 🏫 200 scholarships for Secondary School students
  • 📚 100 scholarships for Primary School pupils

Eligibility Criteria for Tertiary Institution Applicants

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Be a Nigerian citizen
  • Be enrolled or about to enroll in a Nigerian public university
  • Meet one of the following academic criteria:
  • Returning students: CGPA of 3.5 or higher
  • New/Entry-level students: JAMB score of 220 or above
  • Belong to a household that meets financial need conditions, such as:
  • Single-parent household earning less than ₦150,000 monthly with more than two children
  • A family of three or more children all enrolled in school, with combined parental income below ₦150,000/month

Eligibility Criteria for Primary and Secondary School Applicants

To apply for the primary or secondary school scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be a Nigerian citizen
  • Be enrolled or enrolling in a Nigerian public primary or secondary school
  • Have a minimum cumulative termly average of 70%
  • Belong to a family that meets at least one of the following conditions:
  • A single parent earning less than ₦150,000 monthly and supporting more than two school-age children
  • A family with three or more school-going children, with combined parental income not exceeding ₦150,000/month

Scholarship Benefits

While the scholarship is not fully funded, it provides significant financial support to cover part of:
