Celebrating his 42nd birthday, William and his children had the chance to meet Taylor Swift in person. He and the “Blank Space” singer snapped selfies backstage, with Taylor’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, joining in the photos, making their relationship Instagram official just under a year after they started dating.

Taylor captioned her post with, “Happy Bday M8! London shows are off to a splendid start.” William shared his own post on the Instagram page he shares with his wife, Kate Middleton, saying, “Thank you @taylorswift for a great evening! #LondonTSTheErastour.”

This royal family outing came less than a week after the Princess of Wales joined William and their children, including their youngest son Prince Louis, 6, at the annual Trooping the Colour parade celebrating King Charles III’s birthday. It was Kate’s first public appearance since Christmas and almost two months after she revealed her cancer diagnosis. She is still undergoing treatments.

On June 14, Kate provided an update on her health via Instagram, expressing her hope to “join a few public engagements over the summer,” while acknowledging she was “not out of the woods yet.” She mentioned she was undergoing chemotherapy and making good progress, with her treatment continuing for a few more months.

Alongside William, their eldest children, and Travis, many other celebrities were spotted at Taylor’s London concerts. On June 21, the audience included Travis’s brother Jason Kelce and his wife Kylie Kelce, Bridgerton’s Nicola Coughlan, Queer Eye alum Jonathan Van Ness, Leslie Mann, and Cara Delevigne. The following day, stars like Tom Cruise, Ashton Kutcher, and his wife Mila Kunis were seen dancing to “Shake It Off” in a VIP area at the second Wembley show.
