During a courtesy visit to the Presidential Villa by the global managing director of the Tony Blair Institute (TBI), Michael McNair, Shettima Vice President highlighted the commitment of the Tinubu administration to deliver on its agenda.

He emphasized the importance of practical actions in leadership, stating, “It is easy to talk but how to walk the talk is the most important component of leadership.”

Shettima Kashim also sought the TBI’s support for the Tinubu administration’s efforts to enhance the deployment and use of e-vehicles for public transportation.

He urged the institute to provide expertise and insights on adopting and adhering to global best practices in e-mobility in Nigeria.

Michael McNair, in response, commended the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim.

He expressed the TBI’s commitment to supporting growth and development in Africa, particularly in Nigeria, and highlighted the organization’s readiness to deploy additional resources to achieve set objectives in the country.
