The FMEA (FATE Model Entrepreneurship Advocate) Award is an annual recognition that celebrates and honors outstanding individuals in traditional and new media or academia who actively and consistently advocate for and share insights, data, stories, and perspectives related to the Nigerian entrepreneurship ecosystem.
This award category is designed to encompass a broad range of contributors, including individuals, media outlets, and academic institutions, all play a crucial role in disseminating impactful entrepreneurship-focused content through various media channels, whether in print, digital platforms, or broadcasting.
FMEA is open to both individuals, organizations, and institutions that meet the following criteria:
Entrants in this award category must have published or broadcast at least five stories, features, or content related to the Nigerian entrepreneurship ecosystem between September 2022 and September 1, 2023. Eligible media platforms include newspapers, magazines, television, radio, and online publications.
Individuals in this field should consistently demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity, accuracy, and objectivity in their storytelling or features. Their contributions should align with ethical practices and maintain a sense of fairness and balance.
All submissions must center on topics, themes, or issues related to entrepreneurship, business, innovation, and economic development within Nigeria.
Entrants must provide links to their published stories, articles, and audio, or video files.

The winner will be revealed during the 2023 FATE Annual Celebration & Awards Ceremony, slated for December 7, 2023.
