Spearheaded by the prominent financial institution, First City Monument Bank, and in collaboration with esteemed organizations in Nigeria, FCMB Flexxtern aims to empower young individuals by facilitating internship placements and granting access to a network of mentors through their partner organizations.

Prizes
30 winners will receive a 3-month paid internship.
30 winners will be provided with a one-day career training session, complete with Certificates of Participation.
Eligibility
The program is open to graduates aged between 18 and 30 years.
Applicants must be Nigerian citizens.
Participation in the contest is exclusively for FCMB Flexx account holders. If you don’t have a Flexx account yet, you can open one in just 4 minutes.

- Create a 45-second video and upload it to YouTube, using the hashtag #FCMBFlexxtern to explain why you deserve to be selected as one of the FCMB Flexxterns.
- Complete the registration form and provide the link to your YouTube video.
- Share the link to your entry with your friends and encourage them to vote for you. Accumulating more votes will increase your chances of winning.
