Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
- Be a female applicant to the full-time IMD MBA Program
- Demonstrate strong academic performance, including GPA and GMAT/GRE scores
- Show evidence of career progression and international exposure
- Illustrate a clear trajectory towards leadership roles
- Be ready to contribute to the diversity and learning experience of the MBA class
- Not be employed by Nestlé or any of its subsidiaries
- Not be sponsored by a company (self-funded applicants only)
Required Essay
To apply for the IMD MBA Nestlé Scholarship, applicants must submit a 750-word essay on the following topic:
“Building a diverse and inclusive workplace requires the participation and accountability of each member of the organization. What would you recommend as ways for Nestlé to better foster allyship amongst employees?”
The essay should reflect your understanding of organizational culture, allyship, and diversity strategy, and must highlight practical, innovative solutions.
