Stipend
- Standard Locations: $6,550–$12,880 per month.
- San Francisco Bay Area and NYC Metropolitan Area: $8,480–$13,920 Monthly.
Eligibility Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a PhD program related to AI, ML, or RL.
- Ability to work onsite at the assigned Microsoft location during the internship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in theoretical or empirical research in ML, deep learning, RL, or large language models (LLMs).
- Strong publication record in top-tier research journals or conferences.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and diverse cultures.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to approach challenges from unique perspectives.
